If passed, the MCR for iUSD would increase to 150%. MCR would reduce by 5% every 2 epochs for the next 8 epochs, landing at 130% as peg stabilizes.

This intends to balance supply and demand by reducing the amount of leverage one can take. A higher MCR reduces available leverage, helping reduce the supply & prevent excessive risk. This seeks to balance users leveraging via CDPs & spot holders who are funding that leverage.
